S3F Solutions claim they've discovered a new, awesome method to make barrels that are "mathematically perfect" and have "zero runout". Can there be something to this? Or, is it more voodoo bs from people who want to sell us something? Thanks.

I wish it was my barrel that was holding me back.
I tend to live my life by the following saying:
"Use the smell test...You don't need to eat a turd to know it tastes like shit."
OP is short on information:

I'll wait to hear when GJM tries one. Sounds like some fluff on their website but the Monderno results should be trustworthy.
Think for yourself. Question authority.
I got as far as the combination between they chose me to be a tester and I only care about practical accuracy before I stopped reading. When someone does some scientifically valid testing to show whether the mathematically perfect barrel actually matters, call me.
I saw nothing in that video that would lead me to believe that these new barrels are superior to other aftermarket offerings. I'd love to be proven wrong, however.
Without shots from a control barrel (both OEM Glock and aftermarket competitor) it's really hard to say if that means anything at all. I know that I don't shoot that well at 25 yards but that's most definitely because I don't shoot enough.
So half the barrel is left of the center line and half is on the right?S3F has developed a new process technology to build pistol barrels that has proved out to be perfectly symmetrical.
That's a pretty high bar they're setting.
