I try to absorb everything i can on this forum. There is a VAST amount of knowledge on here. If someone has proven their knowledge and ability does it really matter if he or she has a piece of paper from an armorers course? Seriously, if I started a thread in ask the armorer like this one I'd expect to be booted instantly but someone like Bill with well documented knowledge and ability not so much. That's a good way to make someone ragequit.
