I picked this up while in the awesomeness known as Smokey Mountain Knife Works. It's a good thing we only make it up to Sevierville TN once every couple of years...
It has a really slick ball bearing flipper type opening, solid liner lock and while I had doubts about the clip, so far it seems to be solid and locks in well.

It is a slick knife. I bought one for my brother in law for Xmas. The clip is kinda weird but its a pretty neat knife otherwise.
