I was disappointed by Jaime and cersai’s death. I would have preferred that Jaime have thrown her out the window like he did to bran and then go bang brienne Tarth some more. Then I would have liked to see the hound decapitate the mountain. I am not surprised that Dany went crazy dragon queen; but dragons gotta dragon.

I'm beginning to think the only character whose arc will be 100% satisfying for me on the show is Arya. I found the ends of Varys, Jaime and Cercei to make thematic sense, but they came with far too little build up at the end. I have a feeling Bran's story will be the least satisfying of all.

Tyrion and Sansa in charge of the realm would be badass!

Arya had places to be and people to kill. I liked her agenda. She made her stance on the subject pretty clear to The Hound. She agreed that it would be a one way trip, and even though a bullet train has apparently been established between Winterfell and King's Landing since the first Season, I suspect the journey gave plenty of time to reflect on this decision before reaching the mission objective. But no, the appropriate place for this discussion is apparently on the 'X', literally in the same building as the mark, with the structure falling to pieces around them, and a dragon lighting it on fire. And that's when the "girl" who literally served Frey pie to old Walder, and recently added the Night King to the notches on her belt, that's when she decides that The Hound is right about this whole revenge business? Really?

She better stab someone in the finale.

So much for Jaime's redemption arc.

Daenerys accuses Tyrion of treason. Tyrion again demands a Trial by Combat. Jon steps up to take on Queen's Champion Greyworm. Jon wins and kills Greyworm, but is seriously injured. Then the chase to kill Daenerys ensues... Jon eventually stabs Daenerys through the heart with Long Claw -- and as he removes the sword it becomes Light Bringer -- the sword which can then slay the dragon. Jon kills the last dragon with Light Bringer and then dies as well, his purpose from the Lord of Light completed. Tyrion and Sansa rule over the ashes. Nahhhhhhhhhh, it'll never happen that way... lol

    Nah,

The perfect ending for the typical HBO watcher.

John and Tyrion approach Danny and say, "listen, we love you but this isn't working out" She agrees and decides to return to the East to fight for liberation of oppressed peoples.

John then throws down his sword and declares that the iron throne has been nothing but trouble for centuries. The seven kingdoms are on their own.

    Fade to black.

Next scene opens on a sunrise with the caption, "10 years later."

The seven kingdoms are thriving on their own.

Tyrion makes a living as a trade negotiator between the kingdoms. He gets to hob nob with all of the rulers, drinks plenty of alcohol and makes dirty jokes.

Arya has moved to Storm's End and is married to Gendry and has a couple of kids. She reunited with Nimeria and now has her patrolling the trade routes taking out thieves and pirates with extreme prejudice.

Sansa is the Queen Regent of the North. Turns out she was pregnant with Ramsey's baby and has had a beautiful (son/daughter?) who will rule the North, thereby keeping the promise that there will always be a Stark at Winterfell.

Turns out she also convinced the lords of the Vale to depose Robyn, and her child will also rule that area, thus becoming the most powerful ruler in the 7 kingdoms.

Sansa basically is the real life version of Elsa (minus the freezing powers of course) She is perfectly happy on her own without a man.

Speaking of Robyn, he and Bran team up and go around preaching that those with disabilities can be productive members of society. Bran spends his late nights in the tree watching porn from the past.

John has moved to the far North, after tearing down what remained of the wall. After all, walls between countries can only be evil.

He ends up marrying Tormund, and they adopt 5 wildling children.

They spend their time going around the kingdoms and discuss the harms of manmade climate change. They show how it is having a detrimental effect on the Direwolf population. Too much carbon emissions.

Danny is happy in the East breaking all of the wheels she can find with Drogon. But after listening to one of John's lectures, she has fit Drogon with a filter to reduce air pollution.

    Scene.

    Or...
Right as things are really, really getting out of control, we cut to Boromir waking up in Lothlorian, and telling Aragon & Legolas about this awful nightmare he just had.

That would be a pleasant upturn to the stream of garbage that season 8 has turned out to be.

Dammit, now I want that to happen!

I think Ayra will end up killing Daenerys, unless we actually have the Walkers and or Children of the Forest become threats by the end of the season, going by the "brown eyes/blue eyes/green eyes" prophecy.

A lot of pain could have been avoided if Jon had just closed his eyes and thought of Westeros when Dany needed lovin'. Yeah, auntie sex is gross, but if you're willing to die to save others....
