Fighting Smarter, 3rd edition Question

I just finished reading Mr. Given's book, "Fighting Smarter" and what a great read. I searched around a little but haven't come up with anything, has Mr. Givens wrote a book about the defensive shootings in detail that his students were involved in? I think there would be a lot to be learned from them.

Don't think there is a book, however there is a DVD that he had published in which he describes the incidents.
