It took a little over two months and a polite email asking status but my Mojave9 was approved. I can’t get down to CA anytime soon so I’m using their delivery option - I’m a TX resident so it comes right to me with no additional stops. The 4473 process took three days, and now they must wait seven days before they can ship it. I should get it the next day after that.

All three of my PCCs have Xenos mounted and are ready to go…
