I am waiting on Illinois to join the 21st century and allow NFA.
I win! Only 54 more months until I leave this place and move someplace where NFA is allowed.
To be fair, you can get an SBR now if you are an 03 FFL or member of a "reenactment group". I keep waiting for "Jim-Bob's Short Barrel Rifle Reenactors" to form.

How much faster is approval by e-form submission,and does it work with a form 4 through a dealer, too?

Form4 is down till further notice. ETA E-form Form4 is down, they are reworking the system to "better" serve the fiefdoms.
Form1 has been reported to be 25-35 days E-form.
