Hansohn is holding five F4s for me right now - 2 of which were submitted about the same time as you - Late Jan/early Feb.
My latest - TBAC Takedown 22 - was submitted 2 weeks before the July deadline. I'm guessing spring of 2017 is realistic for that one.

Has anybody completed a Form 1 or 4 with the new 41F procedures? My local CLEO is the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office and they have no clue about receiving a copy of the Form 1/4 per the new regulations. Then again, I don't have to prove to the ATF that I actually sent a copy to them. Just wondering how's it going for other folks.
We include this letter with the CLEO notifications: ATF Open letter to CLEOs. We also just send everything to the head of the state police.
Are you sending the letter to the State Police in lieu of the local CLEO?
Yes unless the customer rather send it to their local, or other ATF approved, CLEO. It's a lot easier for us to send batches to VSP Superintendent instead of trying to keep track of all the county and city CLEO.
