Best pressure ammo for comped G45

Hi, I have a new G45 with a Radian Ramjet/Afterburner combo and love it. It has functioned fine with 115 gr AAC fmj, 124 gr Federal fmj
, and 147 gr Federal fmj. During testing yesterday I ran several mags of 147 gr HST and 124 gr HST through it. The consensus was that felt and actual recoil/muzzle flip were less with the 124 gr HST. This is opposite of my non comped G17 which feels softer shooting the heavier load. This is in line with what I've read, that a lighter, faster, and gassier round is better for the compensator and makes it work more efficiently. My question is, would I gain anything by using 124 gr +p HST? Or will that possibly make the comp too efficient and lead to FTF issues due to the slide losing more inertia? I'm using the stock RSA. Thanks.

You should be fine with 124gr +P but the only way to ultimately know for sure is to test it in your particular gun. If you want to save some money 124gr NATO should feel similar with the comp.
