    DA/SA Split Times Advice.

    Drill 1: .20
    Drill 2: .21
    Drill 3: .17

    Drill;Fire two rounds, 7 yard target, first shot DA then SA.

    Question 1: What's a good goal to set for DA-SA transition splits?
    Question 2: What's a good roadmap to achieve it?

    Frankly, if your "DA/SA transition" splits are anything different than your regular SA splits for a given target difficulty, you are doing something wrong.
    As far as roadmap to achieve such. Practice with first round DA then followup SA both dry and live. There is no magic to it. If you're practicing dry with a Beretta, practice with a full DA first press, then partially reset the trigger for your subsequent shots. The times you posted are on par with most people's splits on 7 yd targets after a little practice. I'd be fine with that and look for easy gains elsewhere.
