Thread: How about a five-inch thread?

5” N frames are just so classy looking. That 24 looks terrific.
Just a Hairy Special Snowflake supply clerk with no field experience, shooting an Asymetric carbine as a Try Hard. Snarky and easily butt hurt. Favorite animal is the Cape Buffalo....likely indicative of a personality disorder.

Agreed. The cut down 24-3 looks like it was meant to be that way.

The 5 inch barrel and that front sight look perfect.

I have a 6 inch 28-2 that I'd like to get the same done.
May I ask who did the work?

    Yeah, that's nice.
    And the stocks are beautiful.
I think you should put up a few more pics of that from different angles...

I have no idea. It came into Cabelas that way as part of an estate collection. My gunsmith only corrected the end float.

    Gotcha, thanks.

Again, that 24-3 looks and obviously shoots great.

Just a quick aside, no desire to derail this thread. Comma, But, . . . You have been to the Chili Cook Off? Not much else in Terlingua except scorpions and snakes unless the Chili Cook Off is happening.

Nah, just visiting a friend for his birthday, back when Allen Wayne Damron was still runnin' around the place. I'm even drinking my coffee out of my Ms. Tracy's Cafe mug this morning...
