Any time I break out the 9 port barricades at work the bitching that commences is legendary. I will say that shooting rifles from the bottom ports wearing helmets and PC’s is quite entertaining to WATCH.

If you REALLY want some entertainment, have the guys with iron sight subguns shoot the bottom ports in full kit. Mine prefer full kit burpees...

Fixed sight N frame produced for the NY State Police. NYSP cancelled the order about 1/2 way through to switch to the L frame. Either the 581 or 681, I don’t recall which.

681, I think. I don’t believe actually ever took possession of any of the 520’s before they cancelled the order, but I could be wrong.

It may have been 1/2 way through the production run rather than delivery.

Then they replaced the 681 with a plastic pistol. That will never last .....

As stated above, it’s an N Frame. The only N Frame 357 with fixed sights.

Also, an L Frame never had a pinned barrel.
