    I'm undecided as of yet. I'm planning to get it lettered by S&W because of it's age. While I'm not into collecting for collecting's sake, it might be worth more unmolested. I've already found out the grips are worth more than I paid for the gun. ��

    Just got this from an old cop friend. It was his dad's old service gun. It's in terrible shape, and was locked up when he brought it to me, last week. Now it's just in terrible shape.

    I'm embarrassed to say that I don't know. The bore looks great, though. I don't know how to evaluate the rest of the stuff
