A dumbass question, but how does the cylinder release work on that one? It's the button on the right side of the gun, in front of the trigger guard, I assume?

I always thought it was the lever by the hammer?

I'm staring at that thing like a chicken looking at a card trick, so we're dumbasses togther...
I was into 10mm Auto before it sold out and went mainstream, but these days I'm here for the revolver and epidemiology information.

That's actually a very good point. I didn't get a good look earlier on my phone, but there is a rather conspicuous lever back there.

I guess the button up front is a disassembly thing, then?

I guess I just saw the lack of a cylinder latch in the usual location and my brain went to the only place it knows in that situation - a Dan Wesson.

The lever opens the cylinder. The button then removes it from the frame completely.

That's one of the nicest GP-100s I've seen. Like the front sight!

My God man that is some awesomeness right there. Where did you find one in that fine condition?

Thanks! The sights are Williams Fire Sights, red front/green rear.

The trigger is the best I own and the only other trigger I've ever had that even comes close was a well worn 4" Model 28 that I sold in a moment of extremely stupid.
