Since there's no way I'll be able to keep up with nyeti and Tamara I figured I'd get the first post in. :-)

    Cool 32!

My old 29. It has quite a few miles on it, with a lot of finish wear, but I love it.

I'd say that one has seen some use! As much as I like shiny guns and pretty stocks there's nothing cooler than one that's been well used.

I bought it new in about '82. I shot a deer, several coyotes, some squirrels, and quite a lot of bunnies and jacks with it. Its the one I carry most when in the mountains where the bears live.

I'm trying to beat my brother out of his 6" M29. He's not budging....

A 4" Model 29 is on my list of must haves. They don't seem to be getting any cheaper.

In a sort of ghastly simplicity we remove the organ and demand the function. We make men without chests and expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honour and are shocked to find traitors in our midst. We castrate and bid the geldings be fruitful.” ― C.S. Lewis, The Abolition of Man

    Nice.

Sadly, not five minutes ago I sold my 6.5 inch 29 to my neighbor. Arthritis makes it a no go for me anymore.
