I have been shooting my SW 632 at local IPDA matches for the last few months. I have been trying to master it. It needed some sight adjustment and grip practice as I am shooting it a tad high. It is a sweet gun and if the world took away my semis, that would be my carry revolver. With strong hand only, I shot way high. Need to practice that.

3" 657 .41 Magnum before I knew better Magnums that start with "4" are best in at least a 4" barrel. Specials that start with "4," on the other hand, do quite well in 3" guns and lack the annoying muzzle blast and flash of their Magnum cousins.
If you handload, replicating the old "police" load of a 210-grain LSWC at about 900 fps would be about perfect for that gun. IIRC, HSM offers that configuration as a "cowboy" load.
Back when I owned it I handloaded 210 LSWC’s to 800fps in . 41 Special brass from Starline. Very easy shooting load.
Model 36-1 .38spl:
I’ll join in, with a 13-2, a 60-4, a 64-3 and this BNIB CS-1 (the matte frosted finish is not as bright as it appears here...)
