It seems to me ATF is trying to close the barn door after the horse is already gone. Is this going to be another 922r situation ?

Plus several other companies such as IWI and CZ are coming out with "pistol brace" products. Will they litigate to bring them to market the way SiG did ?

His point regarding intent and one handed vs two handed shooting of "conventional" pistols is interesting given that two handed pistol shooting was uncommon in the 1930's when the NFA was written.
