Thanks for the help. The last holster I got from Tony was close. I didn't get enough time to give it a fair evaluation until recently. He makes great holsters.

That's what I do and really like the set-up. I believe Doc has stated he stick's with the 19 as the RMR eliminates the sight radius advantage.

RMR, that sounds vaguely familiar -- what is it again?

I need to get my grubby paws on a George for a P2000 to try out.

If I carried a Glock that would be my choice.

Rich, I have made quite a few AIWB's with lights. The three lights I always recommend are the CT Lightguard, TLR3, and APL. They are no wider that the slide of the pistol and are more comfortable and concealable IMO, and work with the wedge/extra tuck features. There is never a free lunch and anytime you add mass/width your going to suffer in the comfort/concealment department IMO , although appendix carry is such a body style specific and personal mode of carry, some will say carrying with a light is no problem. The Gen 2 APL is coming in today according to the shipping notification.

Because I carry both G17 and G19s and having one holster for both simplifies things, plus having the longer G17 holster for AIWB conceals better on me. The G19 (and sometimes G23) fits my hand better and balances better for me than the G17 (not by much, mind you, but enough to make it a personal preference), but in winter, when wearing gloves, the G17 gets the nod. Finally, I don't really like modifying the frame of my Glocks; I got that done once, by Jim Garthwaite, and while the job was superbly done, I realized that I liked the frames better in their original configuration.
