You will more often be attacked for what others think you believe than what you actually believe. Expect misrepresentation, misunderstanding, and projection as the modern normal default setting. ~ Quintus Curtius
Just a reminder - what feels good in your hand doesn't necessarily correlate to what works on the target. The VP9 felt amazing in the hand during dry fire work with a small left, medium back, and large right panel installed. It also had the worst split times and worst group on the target. At the end of the day, what worked best for me by the data is a small left panel, large back strap, and large right panel. This little bugger is accurate, and a joy to shoot at 100 yards.
I wasn't aware you could get the sk with a b mag release but here they are...

I just bought a VP9 so excuse my ignorance, who makes that mag extension? I have seen extensions on HKPARTS.COM but I thought it was an aftermarket product. It seems weird that HK would use parts on their website made by someone else. Maybe it is made by HK and I just didn’t see it on their web store?
HKparts.com is not in any way affiliated with HK USA or Heckler&Koch Germany. They sell a wide variety of original HK parts, but also a large number of aftermarket products not made by HK. So read the product descriptions very carefully to find out what you're buying.
As an example:
- This is a standard 15 round HK mag with the HKparts extension: https://hkparts.net/product/magazine...p30-p18085.htm
- This is the original German HK 20 round mag: https://hkparts.net/product/20-round...p30-p18917.htm
The mag used in HK's instagram post looks to be an original HK 20-round mag.
