Hard to tell from your photos, but those do NOT look like they are loaded with proper .300 BLK bullets; they appear to have the WRONG bullet ogive for proper functioning of the .300 BLK cartridge in a semi-auto firearm.

Thanks for your input Doc, I will investigate further and get better photos up tonight.

I had some 300 blk bullets from freedom today that were very strange and short compared to all the other samples I have been playing with.

Freedom Munitions Update:

Attempted to chamber the best looking round from one of the boxes....locked up the receiver. Had to remove upper from lower and beat the charging handle against the bench to free the bolt. Pics to follow later this evening.

To say these rounds are out of spec is a joke. I quite frankly was stupid to even try to chamber a round.
