Mitch Rosen makes a nice mag pouch with one way snap. Dillon sells his Express line and usually has them in stock.

I like the Handgun Combatives (Dave Spaulding) CAP pouch made by X-Concealment. Uses a clip, but you come under the belt instead of over the top. I've been using one for 4 months now and haven't had an issue with it coming off.

Inexpensive and has the Tek-lok locking belt clip that won't come off you're belt until you're ready to take it off
