Some good things to try. Thanks guys. Seems like most of it is risk mitigation through planning. I'll try some different things with the SIRT. I think part of my issue might be the seatbelt location in my car. Its an E30 BMW and the latch is high and about where the mag baseplate sits. With the belt latched, theres a whole lot going on where my hand needs to go.
