Saturday morning... time to bust some caps in the barrio.

    I love the hood/barrio.
I was picking up a cash bag at a gun store/pawn shop in a not so great area this morning when some fine upstanding citizens decided to start busting caps at each other just across the street.
    Nice...
Kind of gets the adrenaline pumping when you have a sack full of money and rounds start popping off.

So how was your Saturday morning?

Took the kid to his first swimming lesson. I'm glad your day has been more relaxing than mine.

I woke up at 1PM and made some kick ass Kona coffee out of my Espro Press and am perusing the net getting ready to make holsters n'at. I did however have to go hands on with a cat. Little girl won't leave me alone. She had a few pre assault cues that I just neglected because I let her in my space.
    Think for yourself. Question authority.

Three possible "hostiles" spotted sneaking around in the backyard this morning -- a cow moose and two first year babies. Astro has them under surveillance, but otherwise we are OK so far.

    Saturday morning was mkay.

I made some crepes. I screwed up the filling, however, so the sweet cream cheese wasn't so sweet.

Yesterday we did witness a 12y/o pull a gun on some other kids. He's in jail due to our actions, and now the rest of his fellow gang larvae are eyeing our house, circling on bicycles.

It was only a week or so before that when I saw a similarly aged kid running full sprint down the sidewalk with a handgun. And 2 weeks before that when we had another gunfight, a couple weeks before that when a high schooler on the way home from buying groceries was beat to death just 2 blocks away.

It's getting old. I just want my sweet cream cheese to be sweet. I have an interview to see a place in America on Wednesday, and hopefully my stint in this stinking trash heap of a socialist dream will be over.

I got up this morning to do yard work for the first time since I left my parents house as a young adult...so in like forever...And I discovered it sucks just as bad as I remembered. By the time I was done trimming the backyard, I had to come in, take a Benadryl and a hot shower.

This afternoon/evening is the payoff though, chilling on the couch, I'll try to get some dryfire reps in, before folks come over for the BBQ. The BBQ where I will be the only one with a BBQ gun on...

    For realz?

I'm still in a coffee shop (PST); lattes with the wife after her morning boxing workout. Spending the day in the studio, then a gig tonight. I predict no cap busting at any point whatsoever, although I suppose one never knows.

In context, one of the funnier posts of the year.
