CZ P-07 and a spare mag, both loaded with Hornady Critical Duty 135 gr +P
Glock 17L with 10-8 rear and HD front sights. It wears an X300 and a 22 round mag.
BCM 16" middy with X300 in closet. Glock 19 with X300 inside biometric safe bedside. Handheld Surefire on nightstand. Extra rifle mags/happy sticks in bedside safe. When I'm not in the bedroom, the rifle has a mag vault in the magazine well. Even though it's a pain in the ass, everything gets moved to the big safe when not home.
My wife is not a gun person. Therefore, aside from my duty guns ( M&P compact.40 and 442 BUG) that go on top of my dresser, almost all guns discreetly placed throughout the home are DA .38 specials. Under stress I want things as simple as possible for her.
Currently hidden for her, but close by for a short run in any part of the house:
442
Colt official police
Model 15 4"
Model 19 2.5"
Model 19 4"
I generally run a G19 off duty, though in winter I'm often carrying a Model 29 Smith .44.
Sig 226 with Surefire X300 attached and 20rd Mecgar magazine full of Speer Gold Dot 147gr.
When I get around to buying that Aimpoint T2 I've been wanting for a while now I may just switch to my AR for my primary HD weapon.
Whatever my EDC for that day was ends up within reach that night between the nightstand and the bed. 90% Glock 22 loaded with 180 grain Ranger T, 5% Kimber Custom Classic 5" 1911 loaded with Georgia Arms 185 grain +P Gold Dot bullets, or 5% Ruger GP-100 .38 4" loaded with 158 +P LHP rounds.
Always subject to change, but anything from the Benelli M2 with 00 buck, and the G19, or sometimes it will be a .44 Special Blackhawk, a .41 mag M57,....and always pepper spray and an ASP baton.
Gen 3 Glock 17. Added-on Crimson Trace and Sure X300 Ultra. 17 round magazine, 124+ P Gold Dots, no round chambered due to small children at home.
The Mrs. has a similar set up on her Glock 19, but with standard 124 grain Gold Dots in a 15 round magazine.
