Believe he's sarcastically commenting on the "controversy" over Miss Nevada's statements that women should be prepared to defend themselves against rapists in the Miss America pageant. Lots of feminist-types started a hashtag campaign to the extent that women shouldn't have to defend themselves against rape, but that men should learn how not to rape.
I'm not being sarcastig...I have seen the light. People with college educations in liberal arts and twitter handles have shown me the error of my ways.
Men should learn not to rape just like men (and women) should learn not to commit armed robbery, or wire fraud, or abuse children, or abuse animals, or park on the wrong side of the street. It's the culture to blame for the dudes in Memphis who are sticking guns in people's faces and demanding money and we have to change the culture.
