It's a nice pistol for sure. The previous owner had a barrel installed by SACS so I suspect that also explains why the thing is a frickin laser beam. Could use a lil more extractor tension, but that's easily solved. Spent some time with the new Kimber TLE today. Once I got the sights dialed I managed this group. 8 rounds went for 78 points so I loaded up 2 more, ran the target back out, and stuck two more 10’s for a score of 98/100. Not bad for a first outing with a new pistol.

Crazy thing is it likes the cheap 115 gr Blazer and American Eagle better than the Winchester Ranger 147 gr and Winchester Target 147 gr. All in all I’m very pleased with what Glock did with the gen5 line.

Did a lot of 25 yard shooting today with three pistols. It was a unique day for that as instead of my contacts with monovision set up to get a clear front sight, I wore my progressive multifocal glasses. So it was target focus with fuzzy sights.
I worked the M&P 2.0 Compact pretty hard. Love the new grip. Trigger only scales 5.0 lbs but its all at once at the end. I know I'm not doing it justice.

With my LBO .45 I shot 10 in two five shot strings from ready, on the timer. 11 seconds and change and 10 seconds and change (details on the target) for two 46s. That is sporty for me.

Then I recently changed my G43 from a set of AmeriGlo CAP sights, back to the Trijicon HDs I prefer more better. I had them shaded right and shot this. Then I tapped them to center.

This si only 5 rounds at 25, but it's about as good as I can do. This is a Gen5 19 with a KKM barrel. I've shot a few groups like this with this barrel and I'm pretty sure it shoots better than the stock barrel. I thought it was luck the first couple if times.
