Thanks man. Ironically I actually shot a 92 for the first time ever today. I'll admit I kinda dig it (maybe without those giant levers on the slide.)

BLOCK stuff. My G19 carry setup with 147 HST's and a rental G43, stock. Need to tighten that 19 group up a bit. Shifted to 6'oclock hold for 147's vs my usual center hold with 115 ball and messed with me a little. Always learning and trying to get better.

Y'all are some great shooters. I've never been able to shoot much better than 8" at 25 yards standing. I do worse when I try to use a rest. 8" is not too good, but I can always do it!

Consistent 8" groups at 25 yards means that you can outshoot 90% of American gun owners.

Freestyle shooting at 25 yds revisited

Posting my best score from yesterday.

Surprisingly it was with my M&P Full Size 9mm.

I bought this pistol in 2013, and haven't shot it much since I got the VP9.

I have an Apex D/CAEK and a 10 8 FO front sight, and blacked out rears. Since it does nightstand duty, I shot it with the TLR-1 light on the rail.

72-0X, but nine rounds on paper, and five in the black.

Interesting, I even felt the OEM curved trigger fit my finger better? I had the Small Backstrap fitted. It was certainly very comfortable.

I have 3k rounds through this pistol, so the action is very smooth. I've learned a few things along the way since 2013, as they say, it ain't the gun.

My groups today, top one shot cold with practice ammo bottom one with duty at the end of practice. This is a new Gen 4 that I am validating.

I wish I could convince them to make adjustable for the VP9.
