Not a B8 but I was feeling pretty good about the G44 with cheap Herters bulk pack at 25

Not 25 yd FS, but I shot "The Test" with my (backup) PX4 compact that doesn't see the light of day real often. Turned it last second into the Super Test and shot 5 and 15 yards, too. 284 overall. Would have been happier if I hadn't strung the couple of 7/8's at 15 yards.

First 5 shots in two weeks. Rare to miss a week.

Later Glock shooting was an unforgiving merciless bitch. Note to self; don’t skip a week. Especially with Glocks

Got back out today for some rifle stuff but got into our club’s new deep bays where we can stretch a pistol out to 60 yards.

Warmed up thusly. I’m probably one and done re Wilson’s but this CQB is always solid.

Breathing control has made huge amounts of difference. Just saying.

Totally snatched the crap out of shot number 2.

I am a self professing Glock hater, but I'm coming to terms with the fact that if one grips the thing correctly, that crappy grip angle can actually just smother your man (or lady, I suppose) hands around the thing. I haven't shot the thing but a couple hundred rounds since dropping the 9x19 barrel in it a year ago, and who knows when it got shot again before that, but I am starting to think I need to rethink how much I hate Glock. I ain't switching full time by any means, but I might promote them a bit more. I almost need to get a gen 5, "just because".

Just for kicks. Set the timer for 3.5 seconds, from the ready, at 75 yards. Dropped the last shot off the right side of the target somewhere. All were well under 3 seconds.

I'd removed an RMR from a handgun to use on the Henchwoman's AR. Got a different optic for that heap, so I had occasion to re-install the RMR back onto the handgun, and needed to re-zero.

Went through all the preliminaries, from gross adjustments to fine, and got to the point where I confirm with a group using the 147gr HST I prefer for carry. Used a 4x6 card; the 1" paster was there cuz I was using that as an aimipoint for the 10yd initial groups; I couldn't see that damned thing @25yd.

Then, I ran a B8 out to 50 and give it a go. I was hoping for keeping them all in the 8-ring, but it's been long enough that I'm pretty happy with keeping all 5 on the paper.
