I have a huge callus on my thumb at that exact spot.

I had to adjust my grip/strong hand thumb and now I don't get any slide bite with Glocks.

Rotating my right thumb further away from the frame and down the support hand worked wonders for my groups as a bonus.

    Hope this helps.

Did you get that from shooting GLOCKs, or from some other life experience?

    Glocks.

Blood all over the slide on the port side at the serrations.

Moved the thumb away from the frame and it went away.

I get a similar thing from shooting Glocks and Berettas. My fingers are too short to properly actuate the trigger with my hand rotated around in such a way that the base knuckle on my thumb doesn’t interact with the tang on the pistols in an adverse way. I just kind of live with it.

Large frame Glocks fit me better. May have something to do with it.
