New Beretta 92A1 (yes, the second one) zeroed!

Apparently my 2AM vision was a bit off:

A little "taparoo" and all is well:

    Then check with duty loads:

And one more with S&B 115 to finish the session:

P239 DAO is like Honey Badger...he don't GAF. This is my wife's gun and I wanted to confirm its zero with 124+P GDHP. Looks like I didn't drive the dot quite enough, but still a 3.75" 10-shot group pretty much where they need to be...That'll do pig.

Then, being done with the suppressor and adjustable Dawsons shenanigans I put the Ameriglos back on the G45 and made sure they hit where they're supposed to.

I gotta say...you guys have put up some strong work!

Things have to go very right to shoot small groups at distance and I see a whole lotta RIGHT!

    Well done!

Great advice, thank you! I was getting frustrated with my disproportionately bad 25y groups:

But then I took your advice and rested my eyes between each shot. Wow! What a difference:

Even if I include the flyer, my group was still much improved over the fatigued eye groups...

    Today’s Bullseye target

    Scored it 293-15(?)X.

    Five rounds, slow fire
One round from the holster, <4.0; five times
Five rounds from the holster, <20; twice
Five rounds from the holster, <15; twice

Pretty pleased that I shot a 49-4x on the singles from the holster.

    What kind of sights?

Quick question guys - what kinds of sights does one need to become more precise at 25-yards?

I am guessing that a think front sight post, and a tight rear sight notch (ie., not much light/space on either side when imposed on the front sight) would be the best?

In my action pistol Glock 34 Gen 3, I have a thin sight post but a wide rear sight notch. I find that if I were going for slow fire precise shooting - the amount of light/space on both sides, gives a LOT of room for error.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks in advanced!

My G41 has the Ameriglo Defoors. My duty G17 has OEM Glock night sights.

Thanks! I just checked the Defoors. Is there any reason why the Tritium in the performance set is way below in the front sight? Looks counterintuitive?
