    @Kevin B. That’s really good shooting!

    In my action pistol Glock 34 Gen 3, I have a thin sight post but a wide rear sight notch. I find that if I were going for slow fire precise shooting - the amount of light/space on both sides, gives a LOT of room for error.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks in advanced!

    You are correct in your thought that a more gap (light bars as some call it) between rear and front sight does allow for more error. However, sights are very individually dependent upon a person's vision. That said, most of what you'll see from me was shot with a .120 or .125 front and .150 rear. At the same time, I have shot good groups with .140 wide fronts so that's not automatically a disqualifier either.

    Mine are just the regular Defoors. No tritium in the front sight.

    And actually a 99.

    My strong hand only was horrid today. Probably shouldn’t have gone with a low grade fever but it was too nice to stay in after work.
