I get a lot of good results with 115gr Speer Lawman, but a lot of guns I shoot respond well to 124 gr ammo of various brands. It will also most likely make power factor for competitors.

Below is one of my ten shot groupings with SNS 230gr LRN .45ACP at 20 yards (don't mind the .38 special wadcutter holes)

    Oh yeah.....I shoot a fair amount of 115 g 9mm and a pretty good bit of 230 grain S&B .45 auto. My only 100 on a B8 was with S&B .45 out of a G41.

If I could afford it, I'd shoot a lot more .45 than I do.

    Regards.

    My partner’s new P365.

    Couldn’t resist running 10 at the 25 y line.

That’s not bad at all for an attempt from such a tiny pistol.

Yeah, I thought the pistol performed well at the 25. Blazer Brass was all that I had on hand and I plan on running some loads that historically give me tighter groupings in my Glock 17s in the future when I can afford it. The trigger has some grit to it but it was very easy to shoot that group. At the 7 yard line, I put up two groups that were one, ragged hole.

The owner of that P365 had loaned me a Shot timer, which I promptly broke due to rough handling, and I replaced it for him. I had just handed him the new one when he said "Hey, look what I bought". So we tested the new timer a little and I got to shoot his new toy.

It about killed me to see his old timer fall from my belt during a movement drill. And of course, I kicked the hades of it directly into the cross tie base at the backstop. I knew it was dead before I got to it. To say it set me back ammo budget wise is an understatement.

    Regards.

I did this today with a G5 17 w/RMR06 in a Balor Mount. Also had Glock oem extended slide stop and magazine release.

I didn’t have a shot timer but it was faster than I normally shoot.

    Great shooting guys!

RI requires a 30 rd group at 25 yards to qualify for a carry permit. Minimum score is 195. Qualifying people, or not, has opened my eyes to just how bad most people are.

My best score was a year or 2 ago when I was shooting 3-4 times per week since I was working at the range a lot more then.

Shot a 286 with my Springfield loaded.

Shot a 280 a couple days ago with my m66 which im really happy with.

That’s a lot bigger than a B8! Still good shooting, but at first I was like, “Dang, I don’t know if I could swing a 280!”
