    I was in an in-service UOF class where the instructor was saying that the "21-Foot Rule" should be a 31 foot rule. After a brief discussion I explained the history and that it was a principle rather than a rule.

    Absolutely....the easiest way to not get stabbed is to not still be there when the knife arrives.
