    126.4, latest batch.

It's funny for the longest time I didn't want to go over 90-95 proof without ice.
Then I went all barrel proof or bust, neat, and couldn't get enough.
I switched to rum for a bit while out with friends and family at the beach and house, now swinging back to Whiskey I need to work back up to anything over 90-100 proof.

Not the case for Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve & single barrel store picks (all 120) but anything else gets some ice thrown in.

    Barrilitos. Cask Bourbon.

Do you prefer Filet or Ribeye?

I'm very easy. I just enjoy raising a glass with friends and talking about stuff.

I have a few bottles at that proof. Let it sit for about 10 minutes before the ice cube. The water opens it up, but air helps a lot. Let the ice sit for a minute or 2. Then sip. I have found barrel proof whiskey to be similar to wine as far as letting it breathe. Currently sipping A119 Elijah Craig Barrel Proof (135.2 Proof)

This is also #verygoodstuff .. And also hard to find around here. Too many buyers for the limited supply.
