I had a chance to try some Weller 12yr today, that's been incredibly hard to find around me due to hype as the poor mans Pappy Van Winkle. It was fine.
I'm increasingly not impressed by higher priced Bourbons that I used to love.

Same here. Of course, "when you can find it" = "pretty much never".
This weekend I couldn't even find Buffalo Trace on the shelves, which is my go-to. So while I don't normally go in for bourbons not made in Kentucky, I picked up a bottle of Fiddler Unison made here in Georgia. Really nice flavor.
Around my locale the Buffalo Trace stuff is well nigh impossible to find on the shelves. I did manage to score a couple bottles of their bourbon cream that I really like.
Lately I have been drinking the Bulleit 10 year, but at a lower price point still enjoy Larceny and Beam Double Oaked.

I do love the Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream! Mix it up with some Blue Bell ice cream, and you have an awfully nice adult milkshake.
