I'm gonna have to pick up that Evan bottled-in-bond white label next time I'm at the liquor store. I've drank, and enjoyed, enough of their regular junk (as I previously mentioned, I'm kind of a whiskey philistine) that I would like to try the next step up.

Finishing off a local blend. Didn't care for it neat, but on the rocks or has a pretty unique flavor. Might buy again, but it was a little spendy ($65)
