Disclaimer: They sent me a few over a year ago for review. The only one I like is their nylon. The Biothane works but I'm just not a fan of fake leather and it slips a smidge. I did arrange for a discount code though. "darkstargear" saves 15% on their site. They've got favorable margins for resale but it's easier to let folks save some money and keep a middle man outta the picture.
So I only see “super stiff” (nylon) and “semi flex” (biothane) on the website. Is it the “super stiff” model that has the perfect amount of flex?

Yup, I'm working on having him change the description.

Do you have an idea how it compares to the Volund G-Hook? I see some differences but have never used one. I'm in the market for a new belt and have considered a KlikBelt for the ability to off / on with a single buckle but the main complaint I see is that the belt loosens unless you add the velcro option with then makes it no different than a Blue Alpha Gear or any belt with a Cobra buckle.

I'm also considering the Graith Specialist. I've been using a Wilderness Frequent Flyer but want to move away from those round buckles.

It's about the same. Thinner by a smidge. Maybe a little more flexible, but the Atlas was thicker and that's throwing me a bit.

Looking for help/suggestions for AIWB Comfort. I currently have a JMCK Wing claw 2.5 holster with the pull the dot loops. I cannot for the life of me find a comfortable spot. I have moved the holster around the area to try and find a comfortable spot. Any help would be appreciated.

    Can you post a pic?

I'll be honest. Double stack guns are much less comfortable that single stack guns or revolvers.

Your belt might be to low. I don't mind stiff belts but you sound pretty lean.

Steve, FWIW, I've been carrying AIWB exclusively since I began EDC carrying a little over 8 years ago. I've used a variety of holsters and firearms and several different belts. I now use a Hank's Gunner model belt for work, a Hank's Black Out for dress up, and a Wilderness Instructor's for everything else. The one thing the holsters all had in common was some type of pad on the muzzle end. I'm currently using a JMCK "standard" holster using DCC clips, both of which have been the best for me. It doesn't have a wing claw, but does have, believe it or not, a Dr. Scholl's insole cushion Super Glued to the muzzle end. I learned about this from a thread here. When I'm working (Hank's Gunner belt) I'm sitting (driving) for a minimum of 8 hours every day and have absolutely no discomfort with this combination. My body type is 6' tall, 195 lbs., 34" waist, and I can say that at age 70+, and because I've always worked very hard at being a gym rat ("I pick things up, I put them down"), I have very little body fat.

Im about the same height with a few more pounds (weight-lifter build). I was surprised at how far down the wedge wanted to be for comfort. I carry a G19 in the same holster all day long without issues.

    I can pee outside.
Did you try turning the wedge sideways?

    That works best for me.

To continue with the theme of trying out various pads, what works great for me is a chunk off a kneeling pad for gardening - fairly dense closed cell foam. Works great. Just did a three day road trip with a G34 length JMCK 2.0 holster with this pad. 28 hours in the car, no prob. The wedge that came with the JMCK made that same holster uncomfortable for even a little while.

I found my old wilderness tactical belt, less stiff than the ares gear, im going to experiment with that and other pad types. Frustrating as i think AIWB is great for concealment but that is loss on me if I'm constantly shifting my holster.
