So, cool by Havasu standards. I need to dig my 130 picture up. The nice thing about the "dry heat" in Havasu is it is much more tolerable when sitting in water all day.

We ll be there on the 4th of July as usual, which also tends to be when it is the hottest. Last couple years have not been bad, so I am worried if you are getting 120's.

According to Weather Underground it was all of seventy four degrees in Hell, MI, yesterday.

It was something like 89 here in Pugetopolis, which, despite time in the Mojave, the Sahara, and west By God Texas, feels like about 150 after all these years here...

Got off shift a touch early this pm to a pretty cool sunset from the back deck. A thunderhead was rolling through right at sunset. The clouds were low enough it almost looked like smoke and kinda reminded me of some of the sunsets when out working wildfire.

Cool fog in one of our parks

And my brother sent me this one. He's a flight instructor and had to wait for this storm to move on before he could land...

The texture and depth of that bottom pic is super cool. It looks like Zeus' hand is gonna come reaching through the image.

    Edit...the upper bottom pic.
