I am not sure you could be any more mismatched than you are now.
    Think for yourself. Question authority.

Bottom one has been the HD/game/go-to-school gun for, like, the past four years. Top one's the panic build I started throwing together in December on an already-finished lower I had lying around. It's got a lot of stuff on it that I've been meaning to try out, so it's kinda a work-in-progress.
Tam, how do you like the TLR-1 HP? I've heard that it throws a very tight beam a long way. Do you find it functional on a GP carbine?

I'm just not girly enough to worry about whether my AR furniture matches my purse.

It literally just replaced the TLR-1S that was on the gun earlier this winter, so I haven't got it outside in the dark to see if its claims of 50% more downrange voodoo are accurate. (I was going to buy another TLR-1S for a pistol, but moved the carbine's light over to the pistol and replaced it with this instead; since the controls are identical, it seemed a no-brainer.) It sure seems to be "the same but more" than the smaller light, but that's all been close-range and indoor so far.
    Books. Bikes. Boomsticks.

I can explain it to you. I can’t understand it for you.

    Anti-Lightweight AR15

    And somewhere in between............

And this one because...........well............full auto...........I replaced the cheapo POS RDS with a cheapo POS 4x illuminated reticle scope. Much better for "walking them in" on critters.

You can get much more of what you want with a kind word and a gun, than with a kind word alone.
