Also, got my Sionics upper back from Retro Arms Works, had him cut to 14.5" and p/w a YHM Phantom QD flashider. Have several YHM cans pending, planning to primarily use their QD interface. There is a superlative arms AGB under that rail wrap, had him bore out to 0.080 (middy) so that I have ample room to restrict/bleed off.

With my 1:10 Bartlein 5R barrel, Federal Fusion 180 soft points are the most accurate factory load I've tried, including a variety of OTM loads and the 178 ELD-X.
