I finally got my lower engraved. 9" BCM barrel cut down to 7.5". Still waiting on the omega 9k, but I've been to the range with it and the can and subsonics are not bad even indoors. I have to say the LWRC ultra compact stock system is so much better for me than any of the "PWD" stocks out there, and usually much cheaper too.

My Bergara HMR 6.5 Creedmoor, EGW 20 MOA Base, Vortex Viper PST Gen 1 6-24x50 MRAD scope.
A work friend wanted to break even on this so he let me have it for $150, I'm basically treating it like a pile of parts. The upper receiver is an A1 style so I'll probably use it and the muzzle device to do a retro carbine and maybe a dissapator on the lower. I have two other carbines with a similar barrel setup so I'll probably just set that aside until one of those gets shot out.

Over the last two days I got around the painting some rifles. I’m happy with how they came out as it did what I wanted by breaking up the black. If I did it all again I would probably try not to go as dark on the colors. But for a 30-45 minute job I’m definitely happy.

I've been wringing out the new 1,000 lumen Surefire X300 on my Carbine. It's bright. BRIGHT. It has a much warmer color that allows some very good seeing outside at night. You have to really be disciplined with this much output. Get sloppy with it and you'll be blind.
