If i close my eyes then draw and assume the position of dry firing, open my eyes and see the perfect sight alignment ON MY Natural point of aim... IS this my best position? Cant visit the range right now to verify with live fire.

The best position for what?
It's great that you were able to find that and have refined your index to that degree - to be able to draw and get a perfect sight picture with your eyes closed - and knowing how to align for your NPA will also come in handy if you ever want to shoot Bullseye or Steel Challenge.
However, for practical shooting, either for defense or games, it's better not to get too attached to your perfect NPA as it's very unlikely you'll ever get to sit and acquire it, unless you're shooting Merle's Standards or something.
