CZ P-09 Duty & M&P 45 Compact

My wife surprised me with a M&P 45 Compact & CZ P-09 Duty.
So turning 61 was not all bad...


The M&P stock trigger on mine is not good and will be fixed with some apex parts.

Only had time for 70 rounds but it is just as accurate as the full size M&P 45.

With a decent trigger the 45c JMO should be one nice shooter...



CZ P-09 Duty

WOW !!!!!

Only fired 30 rounds of Federal Wall Mart 115 grain at 25 yards.

Trigger is smooth in double and single action.

28 out of the 30 rounds where in the black and that was after shooting the stock M&P trigger...
I now see why some have a love affair with CZ pistols...

I'm a huge fan of the CZ Duty guns. I'm taking my P-07 to the local kydex guy tomorrow evening, at which point it will replace my M&Ps as my carry gun. Keep us updated on how the P-09 runs for you.

I like the M&P 45's if the 9's where as accurate I would buy 2 of them today and use them for carry.
The P-09 is just a well balanced good feeling pistol for me and being a good size guy I might just use it for carry after I put a few 1000's rounds down range.
The M&P 45's are becoming my favorite polymer wonders but price wise and accuracy wise the CZ 9's are just hard to beat...
