Much less to say I'm extremely impressed with my ordering experience so far.

Here are some pictures of a belt I just sent out to a guy. He needed this to wear with his suit for his wedding. His bride to be wasn't thrilled with the concept of him wearing his riggers belt, lol.

A nice horsehide burl on the inner layer

This is what 2 layers of horsehide with NO stiffener can do

Wow... and I thought my Comp-Tac with kydex insert was stiff. You do very nice work!

Thanks! It really is amazing how rigid the 2 layers of horsehide are when bonded and sewn. Yet it's still supple enough to wrap around the waist without feeling like a board.

Here are some pictures of the offset extender that i will be shipping out with future AIWB-CDA holsters. Over the next few weeks I will be mailing these to existing customers at no charge.

    Front view of the extender

Top view that shows slight angle

Mounted on the holster, you can see from the top how the extender pushes against the Tuck-Pad

Here it is mounted on the holster in the normal neutral rake configuration

Here it is mounted in the 12 degree rake configuration. Notice the holster is mounted to the lower set of holes

Here I am wearing the holster in the reverse rake. It was very stable and spread the load out nicely. Truly, it is probably not needed on short guns.

I'm looking forward to giving it a try.
It's a shame to cover up such beautiful leather work, but, it's pretty well covered when it's in my pants, so...

Hopefully the kydex edges are eased/radiused? Sharp edges might scrape knuckles?

Also... maybe this other thread is a more specific place to post updates on this item?

Thanks for the efforts Jim.. and the excellent communication.

That horsehide sure is pretty! I hate to cover it up also, but like you said, you can't see it anyways. This should be a big help for people that feel it's to "thick"

The kydex will be nice and smooth and rounded

    Jim,

That belt is incredible! Wow, I've never seen a belt with two layers of horsehide. Both of my horsehide belts are 1 layer bull and 1 layer horse. My AG Custom dress belt has a subpar finish, so I think I'll be treating myself to a new 1.25" dress belt from you within the year. Do you have square buckles? I can't stand the round ones, personally.

As to the offset extender, now I can visualize perfectly what you were telling me about in our emails with depth for tucking the shirt in.

I'm pretty sure that offset extender will pull the grip into the waistline very well, too. I have a UBG "Becker", which was my first AIWB holster. It also has an offset over the trigger guard, and the result is that it tucks in the grip just as good...if not better...than my Shaggy. It just wasn't a comfortable holster, though, and his finish bled onto my clothing during warmer months.

Thanks! Glad you like the looks of it. I used to use a bottom layer of bull hide, but switched over to 2 layers of horse, as it is thinner, yet has more rigidity. I can what ever type of buckle you desire on your belt.

How does the offest work with the tuckable attachment? It looks like it would screw right in, but I'm curious about stability.

The offset tuckable loop died to match up with the belt sounds perfect for me, I've already sent your website to my wife and informed her what I'm getting for my birthday.
