Measurements FBI/QIT targets

Hello everyone,

I wondered if anyone could give me the measurements (or just one) of an FBI/QIT target, as used for the "Federal Air Marshal" test?

Reason: Since I am from Germany, I cannot simply buy some of these; and training with something so "realistic" would be a big no-no anyways.
So I'll have to come up with something politically correct that has similar target area proportions to see how I would score.

As for a rough estimate: Would the IPSC-target A-zone work as inner "bottle" and the C-Zone as outer "flask"?

This is from the QIT 99 so no inner flask, but using the full QIT height.

Top to bottom=26"
Body width=12"
Head width=6"
Top of head to where it starts widening=6"
Bottom of body to where it starts narrowing=14"

Inner boxes are 3"X3" and 4"X6.5"
