The Model 329 out to come with a few hundred rounds of Russians, as they were made for each other.
On a side note, I met with a younger guy to sell some ammo to him, and we got on the topic of shooting. He was super excited to find out I loaded .44s and wanted to show me his Super Blackhawk. He pulled it out of his truck and proceeded to unload it while talking to me about buying some Russians, as he would like his wife to try some. Then he handed the revolver to me.
As a matter of habit, while talking to him, I checked for myself, and he
almost got it right, getting 5 out of 6 chambers empty. I handed him the extra round and continued to carry on the conversation. Told him it was a nice gun, etc, etc. No need to chastise. I am betting he probably felt a little sheepish.
It was a good reminder for me too that my old habit of checking for myself, even if I just watched somebody is a good one. I do enough dumb stuff as it is.
CHEERS!
