I wasn't doubting the weight, just curious as to what it was.

My M27-3 is one of those quirky four-inchers. It was the closest I could come to a 3-1/2" version at the time!

WOOPS! I seem to have missed that the first time around. My apologies to everyone. I'll go crawl back under my rock and check my McGuffey's Reader for clarification. (smile)

    No problems over here,

When I got the HP, the gun it was in ugly shape. I sent it to a respected gunsmith in a different part of the state for a reblue. Smith said there wasn’t much he could Do about the pitting and just did a basic blue.

A year or so later Thought I needed a new rear sight assembly, and took it to Jim at Specdive Tactical. He fixed the rear sight damn quick and told me he could send it off and have it looking like a new gun. Came back with most of the roll marks polished off, along with the pitting, but I knew that going in. I’m very happy with how the reblue came out the second time.

Eventually I’ll have my name or something cool engraved on the barrel. Maybe do the original roll marks..

Wow! That is an amazing transformation. I might've balked at the original deal.....glad you rescued it.

    ^^^^^ What holster is that?
If we have to march off into the next world, let us walk there on the bodies of our enemies.

03, looks like you're in "them there hills". (smile)

Great looking stocks! From the angle can't tell for sure what they are on. Is that a 4" M-19?
