I agree with GJM that this is somewhat trigger-specific. In my recent messing around with my Gen4 G17s, I had difficulty with the trigger compared to my Gen3 G34. I think the issue was that the subtleties of trigger control that work for me on the Gen3 with its better (read 'easier, more forgiving') pressure wall allows me to address a wider range of shooting problem difficulties with a continuous pull/slap or prep/pull than does the Gen4. The Gen4 made me have to proceed more gingerly through the pressure wall.

Thanks for posting the Seeklander video, I thought that was an excellent demo and explanation of very similar ideas to what we are discussing.
