Fairness leads to extinction much faster than harsh parameters.
I won't be sending that to my neighbors. Half of them work on the JSF in one capacity or another.
In case you missed the digg...

In this video, two boys simplify the debate to a true value statement. They both received $10.00 from their grandfather. One bought an F-35, the other got 3 F-18’s with everything needed to maintain it, and keep them flying.
This contentious debate in geopolitical circles is focused around joint strike fighter choices. Does a country procure the F-35 or the F-18 Super Hornet? The F-35 is an impressive new fighter, designed to meet the needs of all branches of the military. The challenge is in order to meet everyone’s needs, you have to make compromises. For example, once loaded with weapons, the F-35 begins to lose it’s stealth abilities. Is it really invisible to radar and how much foil area did they have to give up to maneoverability?
In the end we realize… it’s really not that complicated.

Nice Boeing commercial. What does Lockheed's mud-slinging ad look like?
Pretty sure LockMart's commercial involves the kid with the F-35 getting their Dad to take away the F-18s from their brother and then declaring himself the winner.
Forget F-18s; just think how many P-51s you could buy for the cost of one F-35! And they sound way cooler.
Ain't it the truth!

In a sort of ghastly simplicity we remove the organ and demand the function. We make men without chests and expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honour and are shocked to find traitors in our midst. We castrate and bid the geldings be fruitful.” ― C.S. Lewis, The Abolition of Man
Seeing the Horsemen at the local air show has pretty much ruined me for dull jet-powered aerobatic teams, BTW.
Pretty cool video, but someone has to:
Sopwith Camel. Don't need no fancy 'puters. And it's even featured in a Christmas song along with Snoopy.
