MGW has been making aftermarket A400 bolt handles for years. The primary complaint is that it rotates. As far as I know there is only one non rotating one piece bolt handle on the market.

There was a video on YT that described a situation where one got dropped in a manner that shoved the plastic farther onto the shaft and that wouldn't let the gun cycle because the plastic was too large for the grove in the receiver the shaft of the handle moves into. I would look for the link, but I recollect it being one of those stupid clickbait titles and a long run time of yammering (2x wasn't fast enough) to convey what I just did in one poorly constructed run-on sentence.
I put a Briley on my Xtreama to replace the little tradition handle when I started using it for three gun. Liked it well enough (mostly just the feels) to put one on my Comp, probably put one on my Tactical someday.
Anyone just run the standard A400 non-oversize handle?

Not another dime.
Speaking of charging handles, I’ve seen pics of a Beretta manufactured carbon fiber handle on their website, but it’s out of stock.

As for non-rotating handles, the only ones I’ve heard of are the Toni Systems and the Briley. The above mentioned carbon fiber handles looks to be non-rotating as well.
One piece, non rotating, titanium charging handle

Sadly, no...that one isn't good either.
It's not rotation, it's the fact that none of them have the key-like lobe at the end that actually holds the bolt release in the bolt. That allows the bolt handle to just pop right out the instant you do anything forceful with it, which is no bueno.
The only aftermarket bolt handle I've found that has the correct geometry to keep it in place is the titanium one I've posted about previously in this thread from the UK.
That's the one. Their handle for the 1301 stays put and that's what I have on my home defense gun.
I am hoping there will soon be a one piece bolt handle with the correct geometry made in the USA...but I don't exactly know what "soon" means.
